Two dimensions, one audit

Most website audits focus on one thing: technical SEO. They tell you what is wrong with your headings, your page speed and your meta descriptions. That information is useful — but for a wedding professional, it is only half the picture.

The other half is positioning. A website can be technically sound and still fail to communicate the right level of work. It can rank well in search and still attract the wrong enquiries. The two problems are related but different, and they need to be looked at together.

This audit covers both. In the same session, we look at how your website is structured for search and AI visibility, and at how it positions you within the market you are working in — or the market you are trying to enter.

What the audit covers

Every audit is different, but the review typically covers the following:

AI SEO — content structure

We review how your website is organised: whether the heading hierarchy is correct, whether URLs reflect your services clearly, and whether content on each page is structured in a way that search engines can follow. We identify Answer Snippet opportunities — places where a well-written paragraph could be picked up directly by AI tools as a response to a search query.

AI SEO — case studies

We look at each project you have published: whether it has a date, a full venue name, specific observations about the work and descriptive alt-texts on images. These are the details that AI search tools use to assess Experience. We identify what is missing and define what each case study needs to include.

AI SEO — authority signals

We check whether your publications link back to your domain — a mention without a link is a missed signal. We also review your vendor network visibility and whether your Google Business Profile is complete and consistent with your positioning.

Brand positioning

We read your website as a potential client would, assessing whether the tone and language communicate the level of market you are working in or trying to reach. Where the copy is too broad or too generic for the positioning you want, we identify it specifically.

Visual consistency

We look at whether your website, your copy and your portfolio feel like they come from the same place. Inconsistencies between the work you show and how the website presents it — in tone, in visual language, in the level of detail — are often the main reason the right clients do not convert.

Market level fit

We assess whether your website is attracting the right enquiries. This includes looking at how specific your positioning is, which projects you lead with and whether the overall impression matches the clients you want to work with — not just the clients you currently have.

Competitive context

We look briefly at what similar professionals in Europe are doing well and where there is space for you to occupy a clearer position. This is not about comparison — it is about understanding where the gaps are and where you can be more specific.

Format and what you receive

The audit begins with a one-to-one video call — sixty to ninety minutes — during which we review your website together. The session is a conversation, not a lecture. You get to ask questions, explain context and push back on observations.

After the session, you receive a written document: a prioritised list of specific changes, organised by what to address immediately, what to work on before your next website update, and what to consider longer term. The document includes ready-to-use elements where relevant — revised URL slugs, H1 suggestions, alt-text formats and JSON-LD schema snippets.

The audit is conducted by Aleksandra Popow. It is not a tool, not an automated report and not a template. It is a considered assessment by someone who understands both the luxury wedding market and the technical requirements of digital visibility.

Sessions are available on a limited basis. If you would like to discuss whether the audit is the right fit for where you are now, get in touch.

Who the audit is for

The audit is for wedding professionals — photographers, planners, florists, venues and stationery studios — who already have a website and a body of work, but feel that their digital presence is not doing justice to either.

It is particularly useful for professionals who are at a transition point: moving from mid-market to luxury, rebuilding after a rebrand, or launching a new website and wanting to make sure it is built correctly from the beginning.

It is not for professionals who are just starting out or who do not yet have a defined body of work. The audit works best when there is something concrete to assess and a clear direction to move toward.

Sessions are available on a limited basis. If you would like to discuss whether the audit is the right fit for where you are now, we would be happy to hear from you.
