What it includes

Every bespoke wedding website is different. The scope is defined based on the couple, the format of the celebration and what their guests need to know. A typical project includes:

A custom-designed website aligned with the visual direction of the celebration. An RSVP system. A travel and accommodation section with curated recommendations for international guests. A schedule or programme page. A digital announcement card sent before the website goes live.

Additional elements — including password protection, guest-specific flows, multilingual versions and post-wedding galleries — are discussed individually based on the project.

The process

Every website begins with a conversation about the couple and the celebration. If the website is part of a larger visual identity project, the design direction is already established and the website follows from it. If it is a standalone project, we develop the direction together — through reference images, the venue, the season and the overall atmosphere the couple wants to create.

The process includes design, development, content support and testing before the site goes live. We typically begin working on a project around one year before the wedding date, although this can be adjusted depending on the scope of the project.

Guests access the website through a link shared by the couple. Password protection is available for couples who prefer a more private experience.
