Beim Aufrufen unserer Website werden durch den auf Ihrem Endgerät eingesetzten Browser automatisch Informationen an den Server unserer Website gesendet. Diese Informationen werden temporär in einem sogenannten Logfile gespeichert. Erfasst werden insbesondere:
- IP-Adresse des anfragenden Rechners,
- Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs,
- Name und URL der abgerufenen Datei,

3a. Kontakt- und Booking-Formulare
Wenn Sie unsere Kontakt- bzw. Booking-Formulare nutzen, verarbeiten wir die von Ihnen eingegebenen Daten
(z. B. Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer, Instagram-Handle, Nachricht/Projektangaben), um Ihre Anfrage zu
bearbeiten und Sie zu kontaktieren.

Zweck: Bearbeitung von Anfragen, Angebotserstellung, Terminabstimmung.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (vorvertragliche Maßnahmen) und lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse
an effizienter Kommunikation).
Speicherdauer: bis Abschluss der Kommunikation bzw. der sich ggf. anschließenden Vertragsdurchführung; danach
Löschung, sofern keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten bestehen.

4. Nutzung von RSVP-Formularen
Wenn Sie ein RSVP-Formular auf unseren Webseiten ausfüllen, werden folgende personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet:
- Name,
- E-Mail-Adresse,
- Rückmeldung zur Teilnahme, ggf. Menüwünsche,
- Nachrichten oder weitere Angaben.

4a. Rollen bei Hochzeitsseiten (Domains der Kunden)
Bei Hochzeitsseiten, die unter der Domain des jeweiligen Kunden betrieben werden, ist der Kunde Verantwortlicher
im Sinne der DSGVO. Wedding Mark verarbeitet die RSVP-Daten in diesem Fall als Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO
auf Grundlage eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrags. Bei Seiten unter unserer (Sub-)Domain ist Wedding Mark Verantwortlicher.

Zweck: Organisation und Durchführung der jeweiligen Veranstaltung.
Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung), Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse).

‍5. Verarbeitung von Bestellungen über unseren Online-Shop (Shopify)
Für den Betrieb unseres Online-Shops nutzen wir die Plattform Shopify International Ltd., Irland, sowie Shopify Inc., Kanada.
Beim Abschluss einer Bestellung werden folgende Daten verarbeitet:
- Name, Rechnungs- und Lieferadresse,
- E-Mail-Adresse,
- Telefonnummer,
- Zahlungsinformationen (abhängig von gewählter Zahlungsart).

Zweck: Abwicklung von Bestellungen, Versand, Zahlungsabwicklung, Kundenkommunikation.
‍Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).

Empfänger:Shopify als technischer Plattformbetreiber,Zahlungsdienstleister (z. B. PayPal, Stripe, Kreditkartenanbieter),ggf. Versanddienstleister (falls physische Produkte versendet werden).Datenübermittlungen nach Kanada erfolgen auf Grundlage eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der EU-Kommission; Datenübermittlungen in die USA erfolgen über Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC).


‍6. Weitergabe von Daten an Dritte
Eine Weitergabe Ihrer Daten erfolgt ausschließlich, wenn:
- Sie ausdrücklich eingewilligt haben (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO),
- dies zur Vertragserfüllung erforderlich ist (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO),
- eine rechtliche Verpflichtung besteht (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO),
- oder berechtigte Interessen überwiegen (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

‍7. Empfänger von Daten im Rahmen der RSVP-Formulare
Die im RSVP-Formular eingegebenen Daten werden verarbeitet durch:
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Sheets)
- Zapier Inc., USA
- Make (Celonis SE, Tschechien)

Eine Übertragung in Drittstaaten (insbesondere USA) kann erfolgen. Grundlage: Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC).

Weitergabe der RSVP-Daten an den Auftraggeber
Die im Rahmen der RSVP-Formulare erhobenen Daten (z. B. Name, Teilnahme, Menüwünsche, Mitteilungen) können zur Organisation der jeweiligen Veranstaltung an den Auftraggeber (Brautpaar bzw. Hochzeitsplaner) weitergegeben werden. Der Auftraggeber erhält dabei ausschließlich Zugriff auf die von den Gästen übermittelten Daten, um die Veranstaltung planen und durchführen zu können.

Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung im Rahmen der Veranstaltung) sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse des Auftraggebers an der Organisation der Feier).

8. Hosting und Plattformen
Unsere Website wird bei Webflow gehostet. Der Online-Shop wird über die Plattform Shopify (Shopify International Ltd.,
Irland, sowie Shopify Inc., Kanada/USA) betrieben. Mit beiden Anbietern bestehen Verträge zur Auftragsverarbeitung
gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO.

9. Speicherdauer
- Daten aus RSVP-Formularen: bis zur Beendigung der Veranstaltung, danach Löschung.
- Bestelldaten aus dem Online-Shop: gemäß gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungsfristen (Handels- und Steuerrecht, in der Regel 6–10 Jahre).
- Server-Logfiles: in der Regel nach 30 Tagen gelöscht.

10. Datenübermittlungen in Drittländer
Daten können in Drittstaaten übertragen werden, insbesondere in die USA und nach Kanada.
- Shopify (Kanada/USA): Verarbeitung im Rahmen von Bestellungen.
- Google LLC, Zapier Inc. (USA): im Rahmen der RSVP-Formulare.

Sämtliche Übertragungen basieren auf den von der EU-Kommission genehmigten Standardvertragsklauseln (SCC) oder einem Angemessenheitsbeschluss (Kanada).

11. Betroffenenrechte
Sie haben das Recht auf:
- Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO),
- Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO),
- Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO),
- Einschränkung (Art. 18 DSGVO),
- Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO),
- Widerspruch (Art. 21 DSGVO).

Beschwerden können an eine zuständige Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde gerichtet werden.

2. Collection and storage of personal data when visiting the website
When you access our website, information is automatically sent to our server by the browser used on your device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. In particular, the following information is collected:

- name and URL of the file accessed,
- website from which the access takes place (referrer URL)
- browser used, operating system, and the name of the access provider.

Purpose: ensuring a smooth connection, system security, statistical evaluation.

If you use our contact or booking forms, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, phone number, Instagram handle, message/project details) to handle your request and contact you.

Purpose: handling inquiries, preparing offers, scheduling.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient communication).
Retention: until completion of communication or performance of a resulting contract; thereafter deletion unless legal retention obligations apply.


4. Use of RSVP forms
If you fill in an RSVP form on our websites, the following personal data is processed:
- name,
- e-mail address,
- attendance response,
- menu preferences (if applicable),
- messages or additional information.


4a. Roles for wedding websites (client domains)
For wedding websites operated under the client’s domain, the client is the controller under GDPR. Wedding Mark processes RSVP data as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR on the basis of a data processing agreement. For websites under our (sub-)domain, Wedding Mark is the controller.

Purpose: organization and execution of the event.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance), Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests).


5. Processing of orders via our online shop (Shopify)
We use the platform Shopify International Ltd., Ireland, and Shopify Inc., Canada, for the operation of our online shop. When an order is placed, the following data is processed:
- name, billing and shipping address,
- e-mail address
- ,phone number,
- payment information (depending on the chosen payment method).

Purpose: processing orders, shipping, payment, customer communication.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract performance).Recipients:Shopify as the technical platform provider,payment providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, credit card providers),shipping providers (if physical goods are shipped).Data transfers to Canada are based on an adequacy decision of the European Commission; data transfers to the USA are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).


6. Disclosure of data to third parties
Data will only be disclosed if:
- you have given explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR)
- ,it is necessary for contract performance (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR),
- there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR)
- ,or legitimate interests prevail (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).


7. Recipients of data from RSVP forms
RSVP data is processed using the following providers:
- Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Sheets),
- Zapier Inc., USA,
- Make (Celonis SE, Czech Republic).

Data may be transferred to third countries (particularly the USA). Legal basis: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).

Disclosure of RSVP Data to the Client
The personal data collected via RSVP forms (e.g. name, attendance, menu preferences, messages) may be shared with the client (wedding couple or wedding planner) for the purpose of organizing the respective event. The client only receives access to the information submitted by their guests in order to plan and carry out the wedding celebration.Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (performance of the contract in the context of the event) and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest of the client in organizing the event).


8. Hosting and platforms
Our website is hosted with Webflow. The online shop is operated via Shopify (Shopify International Ltd., Ireland, and Shopify Inc., Canada/USA). Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with both providers.


9. Retention period
- RSVP data: until the event has taken place, then deleted.
- Order data from the online shop: according to statutory retention obligations (commercial and tax law, generally 6–10 years).
- Server log files: usually deleted after 30 days.


10. Data transfers to third countries
Data may be transferred to third countries, in particular the USA and Canada.
- Shopify (Canada/USA): processing in the context of orders.
- Google LLC, Zapier Inc. (USA): processing RSVP data.

All transfers are based on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or an adequacy decision (Canada).


11. Rights of data subjects
You have the right to:
- access (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- objection (Art. 21 GDPR).

You can object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time.
You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
