§ 1 Allgemeine Informationen über Aleksandra Popow(
1) Die nachfolgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Verträge, die über die Website www.wedding-mark.com oder direkt mit folgender Anbieterin abgeschlossen werden:

(2) Die unter dem Namen „Wedding Mark“ angebotenen Leistungen werden ausschließlich von Aleksandra Popow betrieben und verantwortet. Hierzu gehören insbesondere die Erstellung von maßgeschneiderter Hochzeitspapeterie, individuellen Hochzeitswebsites sowie Semi-Custom-Websites, die auf Grundlage von Templates und individuellen Kundendaten erstellt werden. Sämtliche Leistungen und Lieferungen erfolgen ausschließlich auf Grundlage dieser AGB, soweit nicht schriftlich etwas Abweichendes vereinbart wurde.
(3) Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Für Verbraucher innerhalb der Europäischen Union gelten die jeweiligen zwingenden Verbraucherschutzgesetze.
(4) Vertragssprache ist Deutsch. Eine englische Übersetzung dieser AGB wird zur Verfügung gestellt; im Zweifel ist jedoch die deutsche Fassung rechtlich maßgeblich.
Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) für Semi-Custom Wedding Websites
1. Geltungsbereich und Vertragsgegenstand
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für alle Bestellungen von Semi-Custom Wedding Websites über die Website von Wedding Mark (Aleksandra Popow, Basler Str. 1, 79639 Grenzach-Wyhlen, Deutschland). Semi-Custom Wedding Websites werden auf Basis vorgefertigter Templates erstellt und anhand der vom Kunden übermittelten Inhalte (Inhaltsformular) individualisiert.
2. Leistungsbeschreibung
Im Leistungsumfang enthalten sind folgende Inhalte (entweder als einzelne Seiten oder als Sektionen innerhalb einer Seite, je nach gewähltem Design):
- Home (Startseite)
- Our Story
- Timeline
- Travel & Stay
- RSVP (Formular über Webflow, technische Weiterleitung via Zapier/Make an Google Sheets)
- Gifts
- Family & Friends
- After the Wedding
- Dinner Menu
- Contact
- FAQs
Hinweis: Ob die Inhalte als eigene Seite oder als Sektion innerhalb einer Seite umgesetzt werden, entscheidet Wedding Mark im Rahmen des gewählten Templates. In jedem Fall sind die genannten Inhalte Bestandteil der Website.
Im Rahmen des Semi-Custom-Angebots können angepasst werden:
- Textinhalte
- Anzahl der Tage in der Timeline
- Fotos
- FAQs (bis zu 15 Fragen/Antworten)
- RSVP-Fragen (bis zu 10)
Zusatzleistungen gegen Aufpreis:
- Änderung von Farben oder Schriften
- Hinzufügen weiterer Abschnitte
Änderungen am Layout oder am Gesamtdesign sind ausgeschlossen. Hierfür ist ein Upgrade auf Bespoke Services erforderlich.
3. Bestellung und Zahlung
Bestellungen erfolgen ausschließlich über den Online-Shop von Wedding Mark auf der Plattform Shopify. Die Zahlungsabwicklung erfolgt ebenfalls über Shopify.
Akzeptierte Zahlungsmethoden sind PayPal, Kreditkarte sowie die im Bestellprozess angezeigten weiteren Zahlungsmöglichkeiten.
Der Gesamtbetrag ist bei Bestellung fällig. Ohne vollständige Bezahlung beginnt keine Bearbeitung.
Eine Bestellung ist nur möglich, wenn der Kunde diesen AGB sowie der Datenschutzerklärung von Wedding Mark ausdrücklich zustimmt.
4. Ablauf und Zeitplan
Nach Zahlung erhält der Kunde einen Link zu einem Inhaltsformular (Tally), in dem alle notwendigen Texte, Fotos und Präferenzen hochgeladen werden.Das Formular ist innerhalb von 14 Werktagen auszufüllen. Erfolgt dies nicht fristgerecht, wird ein neuer Termin nach Verfügbarkeit festgelegt.
Erfolgt die Übermittlung der Inhalte nicht innerhalb von 3 Monaten nach Bestellung, ist Wedding Mark berechtigt, den Auftrag einseitig zu beenden. Eine Rückerstattung erfolgt nicht.
Nach Eingang des vollständig ausgefüllten Tally-Formulars wird die Website innerhalb von 21 Werktagen erstellt und zur Ansicht bereitgestellt.
Wedding Mark behält sich vor, Projekte während der Hauptsaison (Mai–September) zeitlich anzupassen; Verzögerungen begründen keinen Anspruch auf Schadensersatz.
Wedding Mark übernimmt keine Garantie für eine bestimmte Verfügbarkeit oder ununterbrochene Erreichbarkeit der Website.
5. Änderungen und Aktualisierungen
Der Kunde hat Anspruch auf bis zu zwei kostenfreie Korrekturen (Texte oder Bilder) bis zum Hochzeitstermin.
Weitere Änderungen werden mit 80 Euro pro Anpassung berechnet.
Eine „Änderung“ umfasst ausschließlich die Anpassung von Text oder Bildmaterial in einem bestehenden Abschnitt. Layout- oder Designänderungen gelten nicht als Änderung und sind ausgeschlossen.
Bearbeitungszeit für Änderungen: bis zu 7 Werktage (in der Hochzeitssaison ggf. länger).
6. Hosting und Domains
Alle Websites werden auf Webflow erstellt und gehostet. Im Preis ist ein Jahr Hosting enthalten.Jede Semi-Custom Website wird mit einem individuellen Passwortschutz versehen, sodass nur eingeladene Personen Zugriff haben. Dieser Passwortschutz ist Bestandteil der Leistung und ohne Aufpreis enthalten.
Domain-Optionen:
- Nutzung einer Wedding-Mark-Subdomain – Impressum und Datenschutzerklärung von Wedding Mark gelten.
- Registrierung einer individuellen Domain durch Wedding Mark – die Domain wird über Wedding Mark im Namen und auf Rechnung des Kunden eingerichtet und dem Kunden für die Dauer der Vertragslaufzeit zur Nutzung überlassen. Wedding Mark bleibt technische Betreiberin der Website. Impressum und Datenschutzerklärung von Wedding Mark sind verpflichtend einzubinden.
Die Verlängerung des Hostings und der Domain nach Ablauf des ersten Jahres erfolgt nur auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch des Kunden und wird gesondert berechnet.Eine Übertragung der Semi-Custom Websites auf andere Server oder Plattformen ist ausgeschlossen.
7. Rechtliche Verantwortung der Website
Wedding Mark ist Diensteanbieter im Sinne des Digitale-Dienste-Gesetzes (DDG) und Verantwortliche im Sinne der DSGVO. Wedding Mark stellt sicher, dass Impressum und Datenschutzerklärung von Wedding Mark auf jeder Semi-Custom Website eingebunden sind.
Der Kunde ist verantwortlich für:
- die Rechtmäßigkeit der bereitgestellten Inhalte (Texte, Fotos, Logos etc.)
- die Sicherstellung, dass Urheberrechte, Persönlichkeitsrechte und Markenrechte eingehalten werden
- die Richtigkeit der übermittelten Daten
Der Kunde sichert zu, dass er über alle erforderlichen Rechte an den bereitgestellten Inhalten verfügt und dass deren Nutzung keine Rechte Dritter verletzt.
Wedding Mark übernimmt keine Haftung für Rechtsverstöße, die auf vom Kunden bereitgestellten Inhalten beruhen.
8. Widerrufsrecht / Rücktritt
Bei digitalen Dienstleistungen besteht grundsätzlich ein 14-tägiges Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher.
Mit Erhalt des personalisierten Tally-Formulars erklärt sich der Kunde ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, dass Wedding Mark vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist mit der Leistungserbringung beginnt. Der Kunde bestätigt, dass er hierdurch sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.
Nach Versand des personalisierten Tally-Formulars sind Rücktritt und Rückerstattung ausgeschlossen.
Der Kunde bestätigt ausdrücklich, dass er mit der Übermittlung des personalisierten Tally-Formulars sein Widerrufsrecht nach § 356 Abs. 5 BGB verliert
9. Urheberrecht und Nutzungsrechte
Alle Designs, Templates und Quellcodes bleiben geistiges Eigentum von Aleksandra Popow (Wedding Mark).
Der Kunde erhält ein einfaches, nicht übertragbares Nutzungsrecht, die Website für die eigene Hochzeit zu verwenden.
Eine Weitergabe, Vervielfältigung oder kommerzielle Nutzung der Website ist untersagt
Der Kunde erhält kein Recht auf Herausgabe von Quellcodes oder Design-Dateien außerhalb der bereitgestellten Website.
10. Haftung
Wedding Mark haftet nicht für Verzögerungen aufgrund unvollständiger oder fehlerhafter Informationen des Kunden.
Wedding Mark übernimmt keine Haftung für Ausfälle oder Störungen, die auf externe Dienstleister (z. B. Webflow, Shopify, Google, Zapier, Make, Tally) zurückzuführen sind.
Eine Haftung für leichte Fahrlässigkeit ist ausgeschlossen, außer bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten.
Die Haftung von Wedding Mark ist – soweit gesetzlich zulässig – auf den Auftragswert beschränkt.
11. Höhere Gewalt (Force Majeure)
Keine Partei haftet für Verzögerungen oder Nichterfüllung, die auf Ereignisse zurückzuführen sind, die außerhalb ihres Einflussbereichs liegen (Naturkatastrophen, Krieg, Pandemien, behördliche Anordnungen).In solchen Fällen werden beide Parteien bemüht sein, eine faire Lösung zu finden.
12. Beschwerden und Streitbeilegung
Beschwerden sind innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Bereitstellung der finalen Website an info@wedding-mark.com zu richten.
Wedding Mark bemüht sich um eine schnelle Lösung.
Es besteht keine Verpflichtung und keine Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle.
Es gilt deutsches Recht.
Für Kaufleute im Sinne des HGB ist ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand Lörrach. Für Verbraucher gelten die gesetzlichen Gerichtsstandsregelungen
Vertragssprache ist Deutsch.
Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser AGB unwirksam sein, bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen unberührt.

(2) The services offered under the brand name “Wedding Mark” are solely managed and operated by Aleksandra Popow. These include bespoke wedding stationery, bespoke wedding websites, and semi-custom wedding websites, created based on templates and client-provided content. All services and goods are provided exclusively under these T&Cs unless otherwise agreed in writing
(3) German law applies. For consumers within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
(4) The contractual language is German. This English version of the Terms and Conditions is provided for convenience only. In case of discrepancies, the German version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions (AGB) for Semi-Custom Wedding Websites
1. Scope and Subject Matter
These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders of Semi-Custom Wedding Websites placed via the website of Wedding Mark (Aleksandra Popow, Basler Str. 1, 79639 Grenzach-Wyhlen, Germany). Semi-Custom Wedding Websites are based on pre-designed templates and customized with the client’s submitted content (content form).
2. Description of Services
The following content is included in the scope of service (implemented either as individual pages or as sections within a page, depending on the chosen template):
- Home (Landing Page)
- Our Story
- Timeline
- Travel & Stay
- RSVP (form via Webflow, technical forwarding to Google Sheets using Zapier/Make)
- Gifts
- Family & Friends
- After the Wedding
- Dinner Menu
- Contact
- FAQs
Note: Whether these elements are created as individual pages or as sections within a single page depends on the chosen template. In any case, the listed content is part of the website.
Within the Semi-Custom offer, the following elements can be adapted:
- Text content
- Number of days in the timeline
- Photos
- FAQs (up to 15 Q&A entries)
- RSVP questions (up to 10)
Additional services available at extra cost:
- Change of colors or fonts
- Addition of further sections
Changes to the overall layout or design are excluded. For this, an upgrade to Bespoke Services is required.
3. Order and Payment
Orders are placed exclusively via the Wedding Mark online shop on the Shopify platform. Payment is also processed through Shopify.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card, and any other payment options shown during the order process.
The full amount is due at the time of order. Work will not begin until full payment has been received.
An order is only possible if the client expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions (AGB) and the Privacy Policy of Wedding Mark.
4. Process and Timeline
After payment, the client receives a link to a content form (Tally) where all necessary texts, photos, and preferences can be uploaded. The form must be completed within 14 business days. If this deadline is not met, a new timeline will be scheduled depending on availability.
If the client does not provide content within 3 months of the order date, Wedding Mark reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally. No refund will be issued.
Once the fully completed Tally form has been received, the website will be created and presented for review within 21 business days.
Wedding Mark reserves the right to adjust project timelines during the high season (May–September). Delays do not entitle the client to claim damages.
Wedding Mark does not guarantee a specific level of availability or uninterrupted accessibility of the website.
5. Revisions and Updates
The client is entitled to up to two free revisions (text or images) until the wedding date.
Additional revisions are charged at €80 per adjustment.
A “revision” refers solely to text or image changes within an existing section. Layout or design changes do not qualify as revisions and are excluded.
Processing time for revisions: up to 7 business days (longer during wedding season if necessary).
6. Hosting and Domains
All websites are created and hosted on Webflow. One year of hosting is included in the price.
Each Semi-Custom Website includes individual password protection so that only invited guests have access. This password protection is included free of charge.
Domain options:
- Use of a Wedding Mark subdomain – the imprint and privacy policy of Wedding Mark apply.
- Registration of an individual domain through Wedding Mark – the domain will be set up by Wedding Mark in the name and on behalf of the client and provided for the duration of the contract. Wedding Mark remains the technical operator of the website. The imprint and privacy policy of Wedding Mark must be included.
Renewal of hosting and domain after the first year is only carried out at the express request of the client and will be billed separately.
Transfer of Semi-Custom Websites to other servers or platforms is excluded.
7. Legal Responsibility of the Website
Wedding Mark is the service provider within the meaning of the German Digital Services Act (DDG) and the controller under the GDPR. Wedding Mark ensures that the imprint and privacy policy of Wedding Mark are integrated into every Semi-Custom Website.
The client is responsible for:
- the legality of the provided content (texts, photos, logos, etc.)
- ensuring that copyright, personal rights, and trademark rights are respected
- the accuracy of the provided data
The client warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the submitted content and that its use does not infringe the rights of third parties.
Wedding Mark accepts no liability for legal violations resulting from content provided by the client.
8. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
For digital services, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
By receiving the personalized Tally form, the client expressly agrees that Wedding Mark may begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires. The client acknowledges that this results in the loss of the statutory right of withdrawal.
Once the personalized Tally form has been sent, cancellation and refund are excluded.
The client expressly confirms that, by submitting the personalized Tally form, they waive their right of withdrawal under § 356 (5) BGB.
9. Copyright and Usage Rights
All designs, templates, and source code remain the intellectual property of Aleksandra Popow (Wedding Mark).
The client receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the website for their own wedding.
Forwarding, reproduction, or commercial use of the website is prohibited.
The client is not entitled to the release of source code or design files beyond the provided website.
10. Liability
Wedding Mark is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
Wedding Mark accepts no liability for outages or disruptions caused by external service providers (e.g. Webflow, Shopify, Google, Zapier, Make, Tally).
Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations.
Liability is – as far as legally permitted – limited to the order value.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government orders). In such cases, both parties will endeavor to find a fair solution.
12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of delivery of the final website to INFO@WEDDING-MARK.COM.
Wedding Mark will seek to resolve the issue promptly.
There is no obligation or willingness to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
German law applies.
For merchants as defined by the German Commercial Code (HGB), the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lörrach. For consumers, the statutory jurisdiction rules apply.
The contract language is German.Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

1. Scope and Subject of the Terms
(1) The following provisions apply to all agreements for bespoke wedding stationery between Aleksandra Popow, trading as Wedding Mark, and the client.
(2) These terms outline the design and production of bespoke wedding stationery, as well as any agreed-upon services.
2. Services Offered- We provide bespoke designs for:
- Save-the-date cards
- Invitations
- Menu cards
- Day-of items (e.g., place cards, table numbers, table plan, welcome sign)
- Additional items, such as thank-you cards or other non-standard elements, can be added to your package.
We are open to unique requests and custom additions.
- Our services are available exclusively as part of a full-service package, starting with save-the-dates, invitations, and day-of items. Follow-up services, such as wedding websites, can be included upon request.
- Additional items requested beyond the standard list will be quoted separately.
3. Booking and Initial Consultation
- To reserve our services, full payment of the flat design fee is required.
- Once booked, we will arrange a video consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and specific details. This step ensures clear communication and alignment.
- After the consultation, a contract and detailed questionnaire will be provided. The questionnaire collects all necessary information to begin the design process.
- Work begins upon receipt of the signed agreement and completed questionnaire.
4. Payment Terms
- The flat fee for the design phase is payable upfront and is non-refundable.
- The flat fee covers the creation of concepts and designs for all full-service package items.
- Any additional non-standard items requested will be quoted separately and billed upon project completion.
- Production costs are calculated and invoiced separately, with full payment required before production begins.
5. Design Process
- Once all necessary information is received, including mood boards or stationery inspirations, the design process will begin
- We will present 2-3 initial concepts for your review
- Revisions will be made based on your feedback until the final design is approved.
6. Production
- Production begins only after final design approval. Timelines depend on the complexity of the project and the selected materials and techniques (e.g., letterpress, embossing, foil stamping).
7. Delivery
- We provide secure shipping services, with timelines and costs depending on your location.
- Stationery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- Direct mailing services for save-the-dates, invitations, and thank-you cards are available upon request and will be quoted separately.
8. Changes and Cancellations
- Changes to the design after final approval may incur additional fees and extend the timeline.
- Cancellations are non-refundable, covering services rendered up to that point.
9. Sustainability
- We prioritize eco-friendly materials and collaborate with responsible suppliers to minimize environmental impact.
- For every order, we plant a tree through a dedicated foundation to support a sustainable future.
10. Timelines
- Key milestones for the design process include:
- Save-the-dates: Start of design and submission of all required content by [Date].

- Day-of items: Start of design and submission of all required content by [Date].
- Thank-you cards: Start of design and submission of all required content by [Date].
- Production timelines depend on materials and techniques and will be outlined after design approval.
- Start dates for design are non-negotiable. Delays in providing required content may result in additional fees.
11. Intellectual Property
- All designs remain the intellectual property of Aleksandra Popow and may not be reproduced or used for other purposes without written consent.
12. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as shipping or supplier issues.
- It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs. We are not responsible for errors approved in the final design.
13. Force Majeure
- Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, such as acts of God, illness, pandemics, or government restrictions.
- In such cases, both parties agree to communicate promptly and work towards a resolution. If the contract cannot be fulfilled, services rendered up to that point will be billed accordingly.

1. Scope and Subject of the Contract
These terms and conditions govern all agreements for bespoke wedding websites between Aleksandra Popow, trading as Wedding Mark, and the client. They outline the design and development of tailored wedding websites, including any additional agreed-upon services.
2. Services Offered
Our bespoke wedding website packages are crafted to reflect each client’s unique needs and vision.
The basic package includes:
Fully custom wedding website design and development tailored to the client’s specifications.
Standard features:
Pages for Home, Our Story, Travel & Stay, Timeline, FAQs.
RSVP form redirecting responses to email.
Editable updates section for announcements.
Custom domain setup.
Unlimited creative possibilities with optional features, such as:
Guest management integration.
Interactive map links.
Additional personalized pages or functionalities upon request
3. Initial Consultation and Agreement
A video consultation will be arranged to discuss the client’s vision, preferences, and specific details for their wedding website. Following the consultation, a contract and a detailed questionnaire will be provided. The questionnaire collects all necessary information to begin the design process. Work will commence upon receipt of the signed agreement and completed questionnaire.
4. Design and Development Process
After receiving all required materials (e.g., mood boards, content, functional requirements), the design process will begin. A draft concept will be presented to the client for review and feedback, with necessary revisions to finalize the design. Upon design approval, the development phase will commence to create the live website.
5. Delivery
The completed website will undergo thorough testing for functionality, design accuracy, and responsiveness. The final product will be delivered as agreed, with training provided for clients requiring assistance with basic functionalities.
6. Hosting, Content Management, and Maintenance
Each bespoke website includes one year of hosting, starting from the launch date, as well as a custom domain. Content updates are exclusively managed by Wedding Mark. Clients may request text or content changes up until their wedding day, with a standard processing time of approximately 7 business days per update (longer during peak wedding season).
Additional maintenance or post-wedding updates can be arranged under separately agreed terms.
7. Payment Terms
The project’s cost is determined individually following the initial consultation.
A flat fee is required upfront to begin the project.
Non-standard elements or additional requests introduced during the process will be quoted separately and billed upon project completion.
8. Changes and Cancellations
Changes to the design or functionality after final approval may incur additional fees. Cancellations are non-refundable and cover services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, website code, and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Aleksandra Popow and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written consent.
10. Liability
Wedding Mark is not liable for delays caused by external factors, such as hosting platform issues or third-party service interruptions.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete content for their websites.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.
In such cases, both parties will communicate to reach a fair resolution.
