The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods, or in the case of services, 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

These include bespoke wedding stationery, bespoke wedding websites, and semi-custom websites, created to deliver personalized designs for high-end events. All services and goods are provided under these terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the notice of withdrawal from this contract.The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- For contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs (e.g., bespoke wedding stationery).
- For services that have already been fully performed if you have expressly consented to the start of the performance before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your knowledge that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service.
