Every project begins with the event concept. Before we discuss design, we want to understand the couple, the venue, the atmosphere they are creating and the overall vision for the celebration. This is usually shared by the planner — through a brief, a mood board or a conversation — and it becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
We adapt to the communication style that works best for each planner. Some prefer a call at the start of a project, others work entirely in writing. We follow your lead. Throughout the project, you have one point of contact — Aleksandra — and all decisions go through you before anything is presented to the couple.
For destination projects, we handle production and delivery individually — based on what the project requires and what works best for the couple and their planning team. For some projects this means coordinating print production and safe delivery directly to the venue. For others it means being present on the day. We discuss the logistics as part of the project conversation.
Every bespoke visual identity is different. The scope is always defined based on the specific celebration — the number of days, the format, the venue and what the couple needs to feel that the event is visually complete. Below is an overview of what a full bespoke project typically covers.
A complete bespoke visual identity typically includes save the dates, invitations, menus, escort cards, place cards, table numbers, bar signage and welcome signs. For multi-day celebrations, we design each element of the programme — welcome dinner, ceremony day, farewell brunch — with its own visual rhythm within the overall direction. Additional elements such as the wedding website, digital announcements, custom illustrations, weekend cards and specialty packaging are discussed individually and scoped based on the project.
For a full bespoke visual identity, we recommend reaching out at least 9 to 12 months before the wedding date. This allows time for concept development, production and any adjustments that come up along the way.
For multi-day celebrations with a larger scope, earlier is always better — some of our most complex projects have been planned 18 months in advance.
For bespoke wedding websites, 4 to 6 months is typically sufficient.

We work in whatever way suits the project best. In most cases, the planner is the primary point of contact — they share the brief, coordinate feedback and manage the approval process with the couple. We can also present directly to the couple if the planner prefers. The important thing is that you, as the planner, always know where the project stands.
We do not limit revisions. The project moves at the pace it needs to, and we continue refining until every detail is right. Feedback is collected through the planner, or directly from the couple — depending on what works best for the project. In practice, most bespoke projects go through two to four rounds of revisions, but we have no fixed limit.
Yes. We work with planners across Europe — including in Italy, France, Spain and Austria — and with planners based in the United States who are organising celebrations in Europe. The process is the same regardless of location: we coordinate remotely.
Yes, and multi-day celebrations are something we approach with particular care. A welcome dinner, a ceremony day and a farewell brunch each have a different atmosphere and a different guest energy. We design each part of the programme with its own visual rhythm, while keeping everything within one coherent identity. The result is that every moment of the celebration feels intentional.
