Any additional items requested beyond the standard list will be discussed and quoted separately.

3. Booking and Initial Consultation

To begin the process, we require a signed agreement and confirmation of your project.

Once booked, we will arrange a video consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and specific details. This step ensures clear communication and alignment.

4. Design Process

Once all necessary information is received, including a completed questionnaire and any wedding mood boards or stationery inspirations, we will begin the design process. We will present 2-3 initial design concepts for your review. Revisions will be made based on your feedback until the final design is approved.

5. Production

Production begins only after final design approval. Timelines depend on the complexity of the project and the selected materials and techniques (e.g., letterpress, embossing, foil stamping).

6. Delivery

We provide secure shipping services, with timelines and costs depending on your location.Stationery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.Additionally, we offer direct mailing services for items such as save-the-dates, invitations, and thank-you cards, sending them directly to your guests.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the design after final approval may incur additional fees and extend the timeline.
Cancellations are non-refundable, as they cover the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.

8. Sustainability

We prioritize eco-friendly materials and collaborate with responsible suppliers to minimize environmental impact.
For every order, we plant a tree through a dedicated foundation to contribute to a sustainable future.

9. Timelines

10. Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of Aleksandra Popow and may not be reproduced or used for other purposes without written consent.

11. Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as shipping or supplier issues.
It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs. We are not responsible for errors approved in the final design.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, such as acts of God, illness, pandemics, or government restrictions.In such cases, both parties agree to communicate promptly and work towards a resolution.
If the contract cannot be fulfilled, services rendered up to that point will be billed accordingly.

- Features such as RSVP forms, photo galleries, event schedules, venue information and custom domain connections
- Optional integrations for guest management and map links.

3. Initial Consultation and Agreement

Before signing the agreement, we will arrange a video consultation to discuss your vision, preferences, and specific details. This ensures clear communication and alignment prior to starting the project.
Following our consultation, we will provide a contract along with a detailed questionnaire for you to complete. This form collects all necessary information to begin the design process.
To begin the process, we require a signed agreement.

4. Design and Development Process

Once all necessary information is received, including any mood boards, content, or functional requirements, we will begin the design process.
We will present a draft concept for your review, incorporating your feedback to finalize the design.
Upon design approval, the development phase begins to bring your website to life.

5. Delivery

Once the website is complete, it will be tested and reviewed for functionality and design accuracy.
The final product will be delivered as agreed.

6. Hosting, Content Management, and Maintenance

Your website will remain live for one year from the launch date, including a custom domain as a standard feature. After this period, you can choose to extend hosting through us or transfer the website to your own hosting platform.
Content updates can only be made by Wedding Mark. Changes to text or content can be requested up until your wedding day. Each update requires approximately 7 business days to complete, though longer times may apply during the wedding season (summer months).
Maintenance and additional updates can be arranged separately, with terms agreed upon prior to the service.

7. Payment Terms

Each bespoke website is individually priced based on our initial consultation.
A flat minimum fee is required upfront to begin the project.
If additional non-standard elements are requested during the design process, these will be quoted at the time of design and billed upon project completion.

The basic package includes:
- An individual concept and design
- Pages for Home, Our Story, Travel & Stay, Timeline, FAQs
- RSVP form redirecting to email
- Editable updates section for announcements

8. Changes and Cancellations

1. Scope and Subject of the Terms

(2) Semi-custom wedding websites are designed using pre-approved templates and tailored to the client’s preferences based on a submitted questionnaire.

2. Services Offered

Semi-custom wedding websites include:
- Pages for Home, Our Story, Travel & Stay, Timeline, FAQs
- RSVP form redirecting to email
- Editable updates section for announcements
- Custom domain setup

Optional additional features or customizations can be requested and will be quoted separately.

3. Process and Timeline

Upon purchase, clients will receive a detailed questionnaire to collect all necessary content and preferences. The completed questionnaire must be submitted within 7 business days of purchase.
Based on the submitted questionnaire, the semi-custom website will be prepared and delivered within 14 business days.
Content updates (e.g., text changes) can be requested up until the wedding day. Each update requires approximately 7 business days to process, though longer times may apply during the wedding season (summer months).

4. Delivery

The website will be delivered with full functionality and a custom domain.
Guidance on website use, such as a brief training session or instructional materials, will be provided if needed.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Non-standard features or customizations requested after purchase will be quoted separately and billed upon completion.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to the design template are not permitted after the initial questionnaire submission.
Text or content updates can be requested until the wedding day, subject to the timelines outlined in § 3.
Cancellations are non-refundable once the questionnaire has been submitted, as work begins immediately.
